As Israel commemorates the year anniversary of Hamas’s deadly attack which claimed the lives of over a thousand Israelis, the Israeli Defense Forces fired missiles into Central and Northern Gaza killing 56 Palestinians including women and children.

The missile strikes which were carried out overnight on Monday into Tuesday morning also left several Palestinians wounded and under critical conditions according to the Gaza Health Ministry.

The ministry disclose that Monday’s night attack has increased the tally of the Palestinians casualties to a number of 41,965

and a total number of 91,590 wounded since the war began a year ago.

The IDF missiles struck the central city of Deir el-Balah overnight, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported, after houses in the Bureij refugee camp were struck killing thirty people including two women and six children.

Prodesq gathered that the Israeli defense forces carried out ground raids on northern Gaza enclaves and killed 43 Palestinians.

The Israeli Defense Ministry confirmed that they killed twenty armed Palestinian fighters in northern Gaza. It also reported continuing fighting in central and southern Gaza.

Whereas Israel has intensified its attack on Hezbollah in Lebanon, its military has maintained its focus on a ground invasion in Southern Lebanon.

The Gaza Health Ministry has said that the hospital will stop operating within hours due to a lack of fuel while the Israeli military has demanded the evacuation of patients and health personnel at the Indonesian and al-Awda hospitals or face the same fate as al-Shifa Hospital, which was destroyed.
