World Leaders Congratulate Donald Trump For His Victory Over Kamala Harris

With a state left to announce the final decision of the election, leaders of different countries have been sending congratulatory messages to Donald Trump on his victory at the presidential election.

Viktor Orbán, Hungarian Prime Minister who is also a staunch supporter of Trump, was one of the first leaders to congratulate him. He called the election outcome “the biggest comeback in U.S. political history,” further calling the results a “much-needed victory for the world.”

Volodymyr Zelensky, the president of Ukraine took to his social media account and also congratulated Donald Trump, he said that “This is exactly the principle that can practically bring just peace in Ukraine closer, through strength and approach”. 

He further highlighted that he is ready to work closely with Donald Trump in securing a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia.

Benjamin Netanyah, the Israeli prime minister has also sent his congratulatory message to Donald Trump and his wife Melanie Trump, saying, “Your historic return to the White House offers a new beginning for America and a powerful recommitment to the great alliance between Israel and America.” 

The Israeli prime minister further stressed that the election result is a huge victory for the world.

Emmanuel Macron, the French president, also joined the waves of congratulations from other world leaders, he said, “Congratulations, President Trump. Ready to work together as we did for four years, with respect and ambition, for more peace and prosperity”.

The French president reiterated that his government is committed to working together with the United States government of Donald Trump.

Anthony Albanese, the Australian prime minister, also extended his congratulations to Donald Trump, he called  the U.S. and Australia “great friends and true allies” and expressed his full readiness to work together to build on the two nations’ long standing partnership.

Shehbaz Sharif, the prime minister of Pakistan also took to his social media page on X and congratulated Donald Trump, he said “Congratulations to President-elect Donald Trump on his historic victory for a second term! I look forward to working closely with the incoming Administration to further strengthen and broaden the Pakistan-U.S. partnership.”

Donald Trump is in Palm Beach County celebrating his victory after giving a victory speech to his supporters. 

He is also set to become the first president in 130 years to reclaim the White House after losing the 2020 elections to Joe Biden.
