Hezbollah launched a drone strike on the Israeli prime minister’s residence in the northern coastal town of Caesarea in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The Israeli Defense Ministry confirmed that three drones were launched from Lebanon and one was able to hit the Israeli prime minister’s residence at around 8:19 am local time.
The Prime Minister took to his X account to reassure his citizens that he is safe and secure in his post he described the Hezbollah attempt on his life and his wife as a “grave mistake” by the Lebanon terrorist organization.
He said he is fully committed to the war against Israeli enemies he said “This will not deter me or the State of Israel from continuing our just war against our enemies in order to secure our future… I say to Iran and its proxies in its axis of evil”.
He reassured the Israeli people that he will bring back home all the hostages left in Gaza and the safe return of the Israelis living on the northern border with Gaza Strip.
Hezbollah has yet to claim responsibility for the assassination attempt on the Israeli prime minister.
The Israeli prime minister has two private homes, in Caesarea and Jerusalem, and he has been spending time at Beit Aghion, his official residence in Jerusalem, which has been under renovation.
